Ordering items from the catolog
To order one or more items, you can:
- Order online directly from the catalog
- Call the office: 613-837-4363 or toll free: 1-866-997-7787 or
- Fax the order form at the office: 613-837-7375 or
- Write an email to: national@ssvp.ca specifying the items to be ordered and the address where to send the items. Or
- Send the order form by mail to: 2463 Innes Road Ottawa ON K1B 3K3.
We will mail you the items ordered and send you an invoice including postage. You can then send your payment to the Natinal Council's office at the address indicated on the invoice.
Application for pins and recognition certificates
The Conference President must prepare a letter of application using the approved NCC form:
