9.3 Conference/Council Annual Report Forms
All forms can now be completed and saved with Acrobat Reader directly from a computer, as long as
you are using Adobe Reader 8 or later.
To access the guide when completing the forms on the computer, simply point your arrow on the line number, more information on the line will appear.

1. Monthly Report Table (Conferences and Councils): Keep track of their monthly statistics and finances.
2. Council Table (Councils): Compile the data provided by the reporting Conferences/Councils.
