We regret to inform you of the passing of a long time faithful and active member of the Society, Nick Volk. He was Vice-President of the National Council from 1995 to 2001 and then President of the Regional Council of Ontario from 2001 to 2006. Nick was instrumental in the establishment of Gower Park Place and worked tirelessly in his efforts to ensure persons and families had access to affordable housing. Sincere condolences to his family, his friends and the Vincentian family.
We are sorry to announce the passing of Thomas O’Flynn, former President of the British-Columbia & Yukon Regional Council. He left us on July 19th. Thomas was an active and devoted Vincentian in his city of Vancouver. Sincere condolences to his family, his friends and the entire Vincentian family.
